Workplace Policy
We take sanitation and cleanliness seriously at Purec Hygiene, both in our products and in our workplace. We have implemented the following policies and procedures to maintain a safe and healthy workplace for all employees.
General Guidelines:
- Employees must stay at home if they are ill or have been exposed to someone who has an infectious disease.
- Employees must practice excellent hygiene, which includes often washing their hands and protecting their mouth and nose when coughing or sneezing.
- Employees must practice social distancing and keep at least six feet away from others whenever possible.
- Employees are required to wear masks or face coverings in all public areas and when they are unable to maintain social distancing.
- Employees are recommended to acquire COVID-19 immunizations.
Sanitation & Cleaning:
- We will clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces such as doorknobs, light switches, and shared equipment on a regular basis.
- Throughout the workplace, hand sanitizer will be available.
- Employees are responsible for cleaning and sanitizing their personal workspace at least once a day, including desks, keyboards, and other equipment.
Gatherings & Meetings:
- Meetings and gatherings should be held electronically whenever possible.
- Meetings and gatherings in person must adhere to social distance norms and mask requirements.
Policy for Visitors:
- Visitors will be restricted to just essential individuals.
- All visitors must adhere to our hygiene and safety guidelines, which include the use of masks and the practice of social distancing.
