Vaccine Policy

Purec Hygiene International LLP is dedicated to providing a safe and healthy working environment for all employees. As a result, we are instituting a COVID-19 immunization policy to safeguard our employees, customers, and community members.

Vaccination Requirement

Unless they have a medical or religious exception, all personnel must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Vaccination documentation must be provided to the HR department.

Vaccination Exemptions

Employees who are unable to receive the vaccine due to medical or religious reasons must provide documentation to the HR department. We will work with these employees to provide reasonable accommodations, such as remote work or modified duties.

Confidentiality

All medical and vaccination information will be kept confidential in accordance with the law.

Enforcement

Failure to comply with this policy may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.

Updates

This policy may be updated as needed based on changing circumstances, such as new guidance from public health officials or changes to local regulations.
