Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Developing sales strategies and plans to achieve sales and profit goals by leading,
    developing, and motivating sales associates
  • Meeting or exceeding targeted sales quotas and productivity standards, individually
  • Ensuring compliance with all company, state, and federal laws and regulations
  • Providing exceptional customer service to all customers on a daily basis
  • Developing and implementing sales and marketing plans to drive sales and profit
  • Collecting customer feedback and market research
  • Co-ordinate internally for smooth functioning of dispatch
  • Look out for potential areas for new clients
  • Ensure to suggest innovative sales techniques along with processes for smoother
    functionality
  • Forecast quarterly and annual profits
  • Reports on area sales results

Qualifications for Sales Representative:

  • Proven work experience as an Area Sales Manager/Sales Manager
  • Ability to work individually
  • Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)
  • Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office specifically PowerPoint and Excel
  • Ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada
